1.  If sold as “Pet Only” the “Purchaser” agrees to desex the pup by 6 months of age. Pet Only Papers are available with proof of desexing by your vet.

2.  If “Puppy” is found to be neglected or mistreated, “Purchaser” will surrender said puppy to breeder unconditional without refund.

3.  This “Puppy” is guaranteed to be in good health at time of sale. It is guaranteed for a   period of 72 hours of time if “Purchaser” has it vet checked at “Purchasers” expense. In that time the “Puppy” must be quarantined during this period from other unvaccinated dogs & kept on your property. If any problems occur the “Breeder” must be contacted immediately to discuss further action needed. No Vet accounts will be paid by “Breeder” without prior agreement.

4.  The “Puppy” can not be returned after the guaranteed 72 hour period has expired or if the “Puppy” has been in exposed to any unvaccinated dog/grounds.  

5.  If “Puppy” is found to be medically defect ant with a Genetic or Congenital defect problem, it must be reported to the “Breeder” immediately. Upon the “Puppy's” return at “Purchases” expense, it will be replaced with another puppy of equal value. The “Breeder” has 6 months to furnish a replacement. There are no cash refunds. The “Puppy” is covered for 12 months from birth. An autopsy is required at purchasers expensive if death occurs. Replacement pup will be sent at "Purchasers" expense.

Buyer understands that a normal Pug has abnormalities but not limited to..elongated soft palate, small trachea, keratoconjunctitus sicca, stenotis nares, some skin problems, Hot spots, demodect mange, dermatitis, cherry eye, corneal ulcers, Entropion, hernia' & luxating patellas. These are treatable & curable so is not covered. Buyer agrees to provide proper vet care & house manners.

6.  If under extreme circumstances the dog needs to be returned to the breeder, there is a $1500 non refundable fee for the price of the dog only. The dog must be returned at purchasers cost. This cover is for 12 months.

7.  If the “Puppy/Dog” is no longer wanted “Purchaser” must contact “Breeder” to return. Agreements to rehome are by mutual agreement.

This is a legal binding contract to all parties involved. This agreement is non-transferable to other parties without prior agreement by “Breeder”

Adults or Older Rehomes

1. If not already desexed, they must be desexed within 30 days.

2. This “Dog” is guaranteed to be in good health at time of sale. It is guaranteed for a period of 72 hours of time if “Purchaser” has it vet checked at “Purchasers” expense. If the "Purchaser" doesn't like what the Vet has to say it must be returned immediately. If any problems occur the “Breeder” must be contacted immediately to discuss further action needed. No Vet accounts will be paid by “Breeder” without prior agreement in writing.

3. The "Dog" will be on a 2 week trial for confirmation the "Dog"and " Purchaser" is happy with health & suitability in there home. If not the "Dog" is to be returned & refund will be made. If "Purchaser" is happy with the "Dog" it will verify you are the "Owner" & no further action will be taken.

4. If “Dog” is found to be medically defect ant with a Genetic or Congenital defect problem, it must be reported to the “Breeder” immediately. Upon the “Dogs” return at “Purchases” expense, it will be replaced with another Dog of equal value or refund by choice of"Breeder" . The “Breeder” has 6 months to furnish a replacement. The “Dog” is covered for 3 months.
